The McDavid 427 Deluxe Hinged Knee Brace offers a maximum level of protection. This top of the range knee brace provides support for minor to moderate MCL, LCL and ACL ligament problems and instabilities as well as cartilage injury and joint sprains.
Features two smooth acting, geared polycentric hinges, with 4-way adjustable hyperextension stops at 0 , 15 , 30 and 45 . These hinges control the amount of movement the knee support will allow. It prevents the knee bending back the wrong way.
The patellar buttress aids in kneecap tracking and helps relieve some symptoms of Chondromalacia, patellar subluxation and patellar tendonitis and bursitis. The velcro straps at the top and bottom add additional support and help hold the support in place while the four elastic crossing straps give additional support to the knee ligaments.
The 4mm neoprene gives support and heat retention to help increase flexibility while reducing pain. The Solid steel hinges give a high level of medial and lateral support to the knee joint while protecting both the medial and lateral ligaments.
The brace can be washed by hand with a mild detergent.
The brace measures 30cm in length.
