Foam rubber padding with an adhesive backing to protect sensitive areas. Used as foam padding on the feet to prevent chafing or by skiers to protect shins from uncomfortable ski boots.

The padding comes on a roll which you cut to the required size and shape. Peel off the backing and stick to your clothing or equipment.

Please note: Although every care is taken to ensure this product will not cause an allergic reaction.  We do not recommend sticking directly to the skin without a hypoallergenic barrier such as Zinc Oxide Tape or Dressing Fixing Tape.

Available in 3mm or 6mm thickness.
