Wobble board, wobble cushion or calf stretcher, call it what you will but this is a great piece of kit. Predominately used to retain balance after injury, wobble boards and balance boards can also be used as part of a regular exercise routine to prevent shin splints, plantar fasciitis or Achilles problems, making them a particular favourite of runners.
