TFL Glide Taping Guide & Video

This tensor fascia lata glide taping guide is used for aiding postural imbalances around the hip helping to relieve trochantric bursitis and pain on the TFL and IT band, through excessive tightness. This taping guide requires two kinds of tape and has two steps.


Step 1 

Apply the fixing tape first, just above the hip, starting on the lower back and applying forwards just under the belly button.

Step 2

Place the zinc oxide tape directly on top applying tension to pull the structures forwards slightly.
