A reusable pack that can be used either hot or cold for the treatment of inflammation and pain usually caused by sporting injuries. Ideal for use after sport on rehabilitating injuries. Store in a freezer for at least an hour or place in boiling water for no more that eight minutes and then apply to the affected area. Size 12cm x 15.2cm
