This wrist taping technique can be used to support and strengthen the wrist through performance, preventing flexion, extension and rotational injuries. This taping guide has two steps and requires two kinds of tape.
- 3.8cm Zinc Oxide Tape
- 5cm Fixing Tape
Apply fixing tape around the entire wrist.
Apply zinc oxide over the top with a slight stretch. Do not compress the wrist too tightly.
